Rachelle Duran (she, her, hers) is CWEE’s Executive Assistant. In this role, Rachelle is responsible for administrative support to the CEO and Executive Team as well as CWEE’s Board of Directors. Rachelle brings experience of non-profit work and organizational leadership skills in support of CWEE’s work and mission.
Prior to joining CWEE, Rachelle worked in the Property Management industry, serving as a Property Manager that worked with the Homeowner Association Board Members to help manage 8 single family homes and townhome communities throughout Denver.
Rachelle attended Colorado State University, where she studied Organizational Leadership with a Minor in Accounting.
In her free time, Rachelle enjoys golfing, being outside, working out and spending time with her husband and daughter.
