Michael (he, him, his) was born and raised in Boise, Idaho and moved to Colorado in 2010. He attended Arizona State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Management. Michael spent 10 years in hospitality starting at Rancho Oso RV and Camping Resort in Santa Barbara, California, then working for Marriott International and Hilton Hotels & Resorts gaining valuable management, leadership, and office skills.
As the Director of Operations, Michael oversees the day to day administrative functions, maintains systems, organizes office spaces, and oversees office procedures. When he is not at CWEE, Michael enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors. Some of their favorite activities are going to concerts, hiking, snowboarding, running, gardening, and most recently raising chickens!
