Elizabeth Robertson (she, her, hers) is CWEE’s Chief People Officer (CPO). In this role, Elizabeth is responsible for setting people strategy for CWEE. Elizabeth, alongside a People Team, works to meaningfully connect staff retention, performance, and wellness to participant outcomes and ensure CWEE is positioned and recognized as a workforce organization committed to the well-being and learning of both current and future employees.
Elizabeth began her CWEE career in 2013 and her insight into the staff experience is informed by various progressive roles within the organization including both direct service and management.
Prior to joining CWEE, Elizabeth worked in both nonprofit and higher education with a focus on career development and educational access. She believes deeply in the notion that when an appropriate level of education and support is provided, individuals can and will succeed. Elizabeth is actively in certification to become a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Co-Active Training Institute.
Elizabeth attended Hamline University in Saint Paul, MN and obtained her Masters in Higher Education from the University of Denver. In her free time, Elizabeth’s young children keep her quite busy!
