Caitlin Villarreal

Mental Health Therapist

Caitlin (she/her/hers) is CWEE’s Mental Health Therapist. In this role, Caitlin provides psychotherapy for CWEE participants, which provides space for participants to share their stories, examine any barriers they have towards their personal goals, and to process their experiences in a safe and non-judgmental space. Caitlin brings curiosity, compassion, a calm approach to this role and a strong commitment to CWEE’s work and mission.

Prior to joining CWEE, Caitlin worked with Denver Health Ambulatory Care Services, serving as a medical and community social worker for their Eastside Pediatric and Women’s Care Clinics. Prior to this position, Caitlin worked as a program advisor with CWEE and is very excited to be back.

Caitlin attended The University of Connecticut, where she earned her Masters in Social Work.

In her free time, Caitlin enjoys hiking, reading, and traveling.
