Andrea (she, her, hers) is CWEE’s Bilingual Program Advisor Lead. In this role, Andrea is responsible for engaging and collaborating with CWEE participants throughout their journey towards quality employment. Andrea brings her passion to serving others pursue their personal and professional goals. She believes that our most authentic selves show when we feel a sense of connection and belonging; she hopes to be able to provide this to our CWEE participants, in support of CWEE’s work and mission.
Prior to joining CWEE, Andrea worked in DPS, where she served as an Operations Coordinator. In this role, Andrea supported scholars and their families navigate school online and in person while also providing reliable resources in the community.
In addition to her role at CWEE, Andrea volunteers with Make-A-Wish Colorado.
Andrea received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Hope College in Holland, MI. In her free time, Andrea enjoys reading, traveling, learning new languages, and spending quality time with her partner and their dog Senna!
