Marisa (she, her, hers) is CWEE’s Manager of Data Analytics and Impact. In this role, Marisa is responsible for the management, analysis, and reporting of data across all CWEE teams. Marisa brings a person-forward data practices, and her empathetic nature will support CWEE’s work and mission. Prior to joining CWEE, Marisa worked in the nonprofit sector focusing on accessible data and projects supporting BIPOC, immigrant, and refugee-serving nonprofit organizations.
Marisa is a Colorado native who attended University of Colorado Denver, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health with a minor in Psychology. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Public Administration with a focus on Nonprofit Management.
In addition to her role at CWEE, Marisa is active in the community, serving as a member of the LatinasGive! Giving Circle. She was also elected to the Denver Election’s ACCESO language access board. Marisa works to create equitable systems statewide through resource procurement, education and outreach efforts, and community building.
